This might be one of the cutest moments in Tangled.
Like Flynn totally went in there to scare Rapunzel… but when things turned sour he kept her safe. Look at him protecting her! Look at it!
and she puts her little hand up on his shoulder to reassure him she’s there for him too.
Oh precious babies.
One thing I did like about Eugene is he sometimes pulled some dick moves, but when the going got rough and he realized it was a dick move that could potentially cause harm, he didn’t cut and run, he tried to make up for it by doing the right thing. In this, he could’ve just tried to book it out of there, but instead he took responsibility for his jerk move and moved to try to protect her.
I have a soft spot for people who act like jerks but learn to take responsibility for it and try to become better people. Especially when you get the sense they’re not doing it out of lurve, but because they just genuinely have empathy and a conscience deep down.

I want to grow up not because i hate my parents or want to get out of home but because i want the freedom to do tiny things like decided what furniture goes in my house and what colour the walls are and if i should go out at night rather than stay in doing work for once I want to decide what music to play in my own home while im cooking or cleaning and how loud it is. I want to experience the world without a barrier and to be able to express who i am through the little details.
